Shipping policy
Please keep in mind the USPS is taking longer times than usual. This does not mean your package was not fulfilled and brought to the carrier. Please check your tracking number that was provided in your email.
Domestic Shipping
All Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days of purchase. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to your email.
Once your package leaves our studio, shipping takes 2-4 business days.
Any ordered placed on a Saturday after 3pm will be be processed to local carrier on the next business day which will be Monday.
What if my package is lost?
BelleAmeBoutique1111 is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you had provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating. But it must be your responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood and make sure someone is home to receive the package.
If your package is lost in transit this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance.
